Wolf & Fox Enclosure
The hunters in the wilderness, agile and shrewd
Wolf & Fox Enclosure is home to canine and feline species native to mountain, rainforest, savannah and dessert regions of Asia and North America. Foxes are omnivorous mammals with upright triangular ears, a pointed, slightly upturned snout, and a long bushy tail. Wolves are wild doglike carnivores. Wolf & Fox Enclosure aims to mimic the natural habitat of these animals. Here, visitors can find the timber wolf native to North Korea, which was given to South Korea as a gift through the 2005 North and South Exchange Program. Currently, the wolf is its second generation.
