- Entrance tickets are valid only on the day
- Groups must be over 30 people and can get discounts of up to 30% when entering Seoul Zoo and Theme Garden, and is also possible for payments on the same day
- Group admission ticket is issued as 1 ticket
- Kindergarten students and their teachers can enter free of charge [However, it is limited to those who have a teacher license (childcare teacher license, certificate of employment, etc.)]
