- Free admissions to visitors aged under 5 or over 65 (※ Limited to the zoo and theme garden only)
- For camping site, free for visitors aged under 5 and 50% off on adults aged over 65. For visitors with Dadungi Happiness Card, only the card holder can receive 30% or less discount.
- Dadongi Happiness Card holders (Citizens of Seoul and Gyeonggi-do) Apply a discount within 30% of admission to the zoo and theme garden after identification.
- Entrance tickets are valid for one day only.

Elephant Train and Sky Lift are privately operated facilities: No discount is available to elderly citizens, physically challenged and special citizens with national merits.

Sky Lift tickets are available in two types: 1 Ride and 2 Rides.
- 1 Ride Ticket can be used for any one ride out of four rides (2 rides upward and 2 rides downward) in total available.
- 2 Ride Ticket can be used for two rides out of four rides (2 rides upward and 2 ride downward) in total available.
- When using Lift No. 2, visitors must purchase Admission Ticket to the Zoo to enter.
