What are the prerequisites for becoming an animal trainer at Seoul Grand Park?
A.

Operated by the city government of Seoul, Seoul Grand Park hires civil servants through public recruitment. In case of animal trainer, the applicant must have completed college-level courses longer than two years related to animals and animal husbandry. Since the park does not regularly recruit animal trainers, please visit the homepage of Seoul Grand Park to check announcements related to employment and tests.

Does Seoul Grand Park accept animal donations?
A.

The introduction of animals to the zoo is made under a long-term plan considering the conservation of species, disease management, and animal welfare. To prevent infectious diseases and subsequent deaths, Seoul Grand Park does not accept donations of animals from individuals.

What should be done if visitors want to use Seoul Grand Park for shooting movies, commercials, or dramas?
A.

Taking pictures for commercial purposes is not allowed in Seoul Grand Park. To obtain permit and agreement, please contact the person in charge (02-500-7031) in advance.
(※ When applying for photography and video permit at Seoul Grand Park, applicants must include the photograph(s) of the desired location.)

What can visitors do to avoid traffic congestion on weekends or long holidays?
A.

Using public transportation can be a good way to make your visit to Seoul Grand Park more pleasant. When driving a car, visitors can avoid the rush hour before 10 a.m. or after 2 p.m. as well as between 5 and 7 p.m.

- When using the subway: Get off at Seoul Grand Park Station on line no.4. Use exit nos.1, 2, and 3. 
- When driving a car: Use the customer parking lot of Seoul Grand Park. Address of Seoul Grand Park Parking Office: 359 Makgye-dong, Gwacheon City .
* Directions from Sadang-dong
Take the underpass bound for Suwon – Enter the overpass bound for Seoul Grand Park – Turn right at the three-way intersection at Seoul Grand Park Subway Station (Subway line no. 4) – Enter the parking lot
* Directions from Gwacheon/Suwon/Anyang
Take Gwacheon-daero bound for Seoul Grand Park - Turn right at the three-way intersection at the Seoul Grand Park Subway Station (Subway line no. 4) – Enter the parking lot
* Directions from Yangjae-dong
Take Yangjae IC bound for Gwacheon and go straight – Turn left at the Seonbawi Station (Subway line no. 4) – Pass the Seoul Racecourse Park (Subway line no. 4) and go straight past the Gungmal Samgeori – Go straight past the three-way intersection at the Seoul Grand Park Station (Subway line no. 4) – Enter the parking lot

To keep the environment clean, safe, and pleasant, Seoul Grand Park does not allow cooking, but visitors are welcome to bring packed food and freely enjoy picnic anywhere.
