The Tropical Bird House promotes aviculture and conservation of rare birds. Featured birds include: the rainbow lorikeet in vibrantly colorful feathers; the rufous hornbill native of the Philippines with a uniquely pronounced bill; the crowned pigeon sporting a beautiful feather crown in blue; turquoise-fronted amazon parrot with the namesake forehead; the greater blue-eared starling boasting its beautiful color, iridescent blue-green glossy starling with a dark ear-patch; the violet turaco, native of West Africa, a social bird that jumps around trees to pick nuts and fruits; the common hill myna, a popular talking bird, and the scarlet macaw with brilliant red plumage.

The Tropical Bird House comprises of a large indoor exhibition hall where visitors can observe flying birds from a close distance. In addition to observing birds, visitors can learn about various species of birds from the time of birth from eggs to adulthood among information on tropical birds provided at the site.
