How to use online tickets
Online reservation tickets must be exchanged with actual admission tickets. Use Automatic Ticketing Machine found at the main entrance of the Zoo.(Other ticket offices do not issue admission tickets purchased online.)

- KakaoTalk Alarm Talk (or MMS text message) unreceived or resent inquiry: 02-6933-6480
- If KakaoTalk is not installed, it will be sent as an LMS text message.
