Huge footprints roaming through the snowy forest

The Siberian tiger roams through the cold, vast forests, hunting large animals such as deer and wild boar. Depending on the season,
it also preys on smaller animals and birds. It can weigh up to 300 kilograms and grow as long as 3 meters, making it the largest of all tiger species.

The Siberian tiger has a yellowish coat with black stripes. Its stripes are wider apart and its fur is paler than that of other tigers. In fact, each Siberian tiger has a unique pattern of stripes, which can be used to identify individual tigers.

Its very existence serves as an important indicator of the health of the forest. As a powerful symbol in wildlife conservation efforts,
it plays a key role in reminding people of the importance of protecting endangered species.

At Seoul Grand Park, on June 6, 2025, a baby tiger named Seolho was born to Penja (female) and Rostov (male), a pair of Siberian tigers.
