As the First zoo to acquire the AZA certification in Asia, and with a history of 110 years, we invite the animals and citizens who have max our zoo shine to the Seoul Grand Park Fall Festival, where animals and people interact throuth art.

Endangered Animals Graphic Archives
Permanent Exhibit / Entrance of Seoul Zoo
Through artworks consisting of busts and panels of three-dimensional Sculptures, think about the zoo's role and our own, and take photos with animal characters. "Endangered Animals Graphic Archives" is the project of Sungsil Graphics, a graphic design studio. Just like people make portraits of the deceased, this project portraits endangered animals in order to remind us of their existence and disappearance.

Permanent Exhibit / Entrance of Seoul Zoo
What do animals look like through the eyes of the zoo staff? The diverse features of animals as seen by the zoo staff will be presented through pictures.

110 Animal Portraits Contest and Exhibition
Contest (Oct. 9-11) and Exhibition (Oct. 12-20) / Entrance of Seoul Zoo
In celebration of the 110th anniversary of the zoo, 110 animal portraits will be exhibited. Please submit your artworks during the contest period and participate in the exhibition.
How to Participate in the Contest
- Visit the operation booth from 11 to 18 on the day to borrow drawing paper and crayons, draw an animal portrait, and submit it.
- Anyone can participate in the contest, and 110 pictures will be selected for the exhibition.
* A souvenir is offered for portraits selected for the exhibition.
Up-cycling Workshop
13 - 17 Everyday / Entrance of Seoul Zoo
Create useful handicrafts using discarded resources to protect endangered animals that have lost their habitats because of environmental pollution.
※This program is directly operated by prize winners of the prior citizen contest(September 10, 2019 - September 23). The handicrafts can be different from the sample images below.

Color the pictures of Lesser Pandas and Fennec Fox, the cutest animals in Seoul Zoo, to relax and heal yourself.
