Indoor Pavilion

(Weekday/Operations)

 ▶Opening hours: 13:30~16:00

 ▶Limit on persons for group tour viewing operation

  - Asian Hall: 250 ppl, Insect Hall: 150 ppl, Apes Hall: 70 ppl, Tropical Bird Hall: 100 ppl

  - Dolphin Story Center, Book Maru: 35ppl

 ※ Dolphin Story Center and Book Maru facilities are closed due to zoo education programs.

  - Lunar New Year's holidays (Jan. 29-2.2), February 4 (Fri) and 11 (Fri) facilities are closed to general visitors

 ▶Open for full operation

  - 1AF Hall, Big Animal Hall, Nocturnal Creatures Hall

   (※The walking path is short-distanced with good ventilation, so it is open to an unlimited number of people.)

Outdoor enclosure

 ▶The outdoor enclosure can be visited at all times

 ▶For safety accident prevention & animal health in winter, enclosures are flexibly open for viewing according to outside temperature.

 ▶Due to sudden drops in temperature and animals condition, they may be kept in their indoor habitats at any time.

 ▶Wild animals viewing hours: 09:30 ~ 17:00

  - Animals: Wild animals like bears, wolves (excluding leopard cat, red panda, otters)

 ※ Depending on relevant training, it is operated in sequential order.

Birds

 ▶ To prevent AI contagion, part of aviary area is closed to visitors.

  - Aviary areas: Stork village, Peacock village, Aviary enclosure

  - Period: Nov. 19(Fri.), '21. ~ to be determined

Botanical Garden viewing

Indoor Pavilion

 ▶ Operating hours: 3 times a day 10a.m.~12p.m./ 12~2p.m./ 2~4p.m.)

  ※ Last admission: 3p.m.

 ▶ Limit on persons for each group tour viewing: 140ppl on first-come-first-serve basis

 ▶ Facilities: Exhibition Greenhouse, Horticulture Exhibition Hall

  (※ Plant taxonomy area is closed)

  -  The Indoor Habitat Hall can be visited 1:30p.m.-4p.m. on weekdays following COVID-19 prevention guidelines.
  Open enclosures  Depending on the temperature of the animal enclosure, viewing may be closed: Indoor habitat kept at 5℃ or belowAt above 5℃ animals can move freely between the enclosure and indoor habitat.
  -  Viewing may be off-limits to visitors for renovations of the aviary, indoor habitats, or COVID-19 prevention measures.
    Open enclosures & Indoor habitat viewing  Depending on the temperature of the animal enclosure, viewing may be closed: Indoor habitat kept at 5℃ or below.
 At above 5℃ animals can move freely between the enclosure and indoor habitat. Open on weekdays from 1:30p.m. to 4p.m. subject to COVID-19 prevention guidelines.
