Notice on turning off drinking fountains at park to prevent freeze during winter

Drinking fountains in the park will be turned off to prevent the water from freezing in winter.
However, you can use three freeze-proof drinking fountains. After the suspended use, we will make you can drink clean Arisu by cleaning the drinking fountains and discharging stagnant water.
○ Turning-off period: Nov. 18, 2020 (Wed) ∼ Mar. 15, 2021 (Mon)
○ Drinking fountains to be turned off: 52 drinking fountains installed in- and outside the zoo
○ Three available drinking fountains (freeze-proof)
- Inside the zoo: above the outdoor hippo exhibit, in front of the Large Herbivores Pavilion
- Outside the zoo: in front of Australian Pavilion
