Please refer to the information below regarding the visit to Seoul Zoo during winter season.
- All indoor halls in the zoo are closed in accordance with the enhanced social distancing campaign.
- Tour of outdoor animal exhibits
- We adjust flexibly whether to keep animals in- or outside according to the temperature.
- Please understand that animals may stay indoors depending on the sudden cold weather and their conditions.
- See animals who love wintertime!
- Most animals need health care according to the weather, but some animals prefer the cold winter. Be sure to see animals more active in winter.
- Carnivore Enclosure (Siberian tiger, bear, lynx)
- Suspension of Bird House in the Zoo
- As the avian influenza alert level has been upgraded to “serious” due to the outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza at a duck farm in Jeongeup, Jeollabuk-do, entry to the bird-related animal house will be temporarily suspended for the safety of visitors and to prevent its spread.
○ Animal Cages: : Birds of Prey Enclosure, New Stork Village, Peacock Village, Large Waterfowl Aviary, Tropical Birds Hall
