- Please refrain from smoking in the zoo, botanical garden, children’s zoo, children’s playground and even in the bathrooms.
- You may not be allowed to enter certain buildings or events if you possess pets, cooking tools or wheeled devices such as bikes or inline skates.
- Please refrain from doing things that could annoy other visitors in the park. (Such as making loud noises or singing in a loud voice, sleeping, excessive behavior, damaging lawns or flowers and wearing inline skates)
- If you want to take pictures or shoot film for a commercial purpose, it is mandatory to get permission from us in advance. (02-500-7114)

- Please refrain from taking flash pictures of animals since it may cause them undue stress.
- You may not be allowed to enter certain buildings or events if you possess pets, cooking tools or wheeled devices such as bikes or inline skates.
- According to the condition of the animals, weather or other factors, the animals may be moved inside the buildings or be removed from viewing without notice.
- For your safety, please do not hold on to the boundary rope or go beyond the line.
- Do not feed or give animals snacks, plastic bags, bottles or coins.
- We are not responsible for accidents caused by the carelessness of visitors.
